Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide from our partner warehouses. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–15 business days for international orders.

Every order includes tracking, shared with you by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you expected, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or replacement. Write to us at hello@thedwely.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will take care of the rest.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
